Returns made easy: You have seven days from the date of purchase or delivery to request a refund or exchange. Just make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Exceptions: Some items can’t be returned, such as perishable goods (like food and flowers), gift cards, downloadable products, and health & personal care items.
Partial refunds: In certain cases, we may offer partial refunds for items like books with obvious signs of use or opened CDs, DVDs, and more. Also, any returns made after 30 days of delivery won’t be eligible for a refund.
Refund process: Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within a specific timeframe and credited back to your original payment method.
Sale items: Please note that only regular-priced items can be refunded, while sale items are non-refundable.
Return shipping: You’ll be responsible for covering the shipping costs for your return, and unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable.
